This free online seminar of the Hasso Plattner Institute in Potsdam addresses student teachers and teaching staff with the goal of subsequently being able to teach the topic of AI in secondary levels I and II. After completing the course, participants will be able to name essential terms, historical developments and functionalities of AI, understand the basics of algorithmic thinking with a focus on data-ethical action, understand application fields of AI in an artistic-creative context as well as implement application scenarios in the field of AI and language and their integration into language teaching. Teachers can register for the free online seminar at any time. The course is organized by staff of the Junge Tüftler gGmbH.

Das kostenlose Online-Seminar des Hasso-Plattner-Instituts in Potsdam richtet sich an Lehramtsstudierende und Lehrkräfte mit dem Ziel, das Thema KI anschließend in den Sekundarstufen I und II unterrichten zu können. Nach Abschluss des Kurses sind die Teilnehmenden in der Lage, essenzielle Begriffe, historische Entwicklungen und Funktionsweisen von KI zu benennen, Grundlagen des algorithmischem Denkens mit Fokus auf daten-ethischem Handeln zu verstehen, Anwendungsfelder von KI im künstlerisch-kreativen Kontext zu verstehen sowie Anwendungsszenarien im Bereich von KI und Sprache und deren Einbindung in den Sprachunterricht umzusetzen.
