Critical Big Data and Algorithmic
Literacy Network (CBDALN)

Our network aims to empower individuals in a datafied world. We propose to do this by fostering critical thinking and ethical reflection. The informal network brings together international researchers and practitioners from relevant fields:

(1) To promote interdisciplinary dialogue about
different concepts and approaches for fostering critical literacies
(2) To build a database of learning materials
(3) To set up learning and research labs for developing new content and exchanging ideas.
